Order by mailComplete the catalog order form (on tear-out card) with name, daytime phone number, product and shipping information. Include your customer number and ad code (if applicable) to help us process your order faster. We will send you a new order form with your order. Catalog RequestsBorrowing a friend's catalog and you'd like your own? Give us a call or click on the Request a Catalog section of our website. If you live in the U.S. we can send one out at no charge via bulk mail. Bulk mailings are sent weekly. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need it sooner, we can send it via first class mail for a $3.00 charge. If you live outside the U.S.: We will send you a catalog via air parcel post only and there is a $5.00 charge.
Return PolicyAny time you're dissatisfied with any of our products, feel free to return it to us. Please call first and let us know what the problem is before returning it. Special order bits may be subject to a restocking charge. We will issue a full refund for any item returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
